      We hired this company and were in contact with the owner ***** to trim my neighbors tree off my property in my backyard and also bring the tree debris to the front curb for garbage pickup. I paid him the $1400 he quoted us which we have on paper proving what work he was supposed to do. He never finished the work by bringing the tree debris to the front curb like it stated in the quote. I have attempted to call numerous times and texted him and he kept saying he was going to come on specific days but never showed up. So I still attempted to call and text and am getting no response no texts back, no phone call back and I cant leave a voicemail cause his voicemail box is saying full. I have every text between us and in one point he tried making fun of me. I also have pictures of the mess in my backyard showing I cant get to my shed and pictures showing nothing on my front curb. I also have the quote ***** provided on a company letterhead showing what work he was supposed to do. If he is a real company you dont do have the work and never finish or even dont return phone calls or update the consumer about what is going on. Im also considering taking him to small claims court to at least get half of what I paid him back so I can hire someone to clean up my backyard. I paid him $1400 so Im looking to get at least the $700 back unless I can get the whole amount back being work was not completed. Im also attaching a picture showing he (the owner *****) has cashed the $1400 check that I paid him.

      Hello miss ****** You're leaving out quite a bit of details here. First and foremost, We came to get the job done. Halfway through you pretty much forced us to do extra work (~$500 more of tree trimming). You said that you wouldn't pay us unless we did it, while hurling racial slurs at my workers. We did the extra work for you for the simple fact we wanted you to be satisfied with the work. After we had everything cut, I told you I'd be back Monday to haul the trash to the curb. You texted and called me 5+ times before then telling me I BETTER be there Monday when I reiterated that I'd for sure be there Monday. In the midst of this, one of my cutter's chainsaws was stolen by you (we did no other tree work that week at all and it was definitely used on that job). I asked about it and you told me it had nothing to do with what we were talking about. You continually called and harassed me (cursed me out and threatened me). Unfortunately, I don't have the calls recorded. After adding the $500 of extra tree trimming for free and our stolen $800 chainsaw, You're well over the $1400 budget you had. I tried to make it work with you but you refused to be level-headed and respectful. I would've been more than happy to finish the job or give you half of your money back but not only did you disrespect my workers and myself but you also stole from us and manipulated us into doing more work than originally stated. I wouldn't put my workers or myself in the position for that to happen again. I do apologize that you're dissatisfied but I know for sure we provided well over $1400 of service to you.

        The job that was supposed to be done was the tree was supposed to be cut off of my property and what I was complaining about that wasn’t done correctly was still part of the tree over my property. As far as the LOST Chainsaw I did not steal it I have no need for a chainsaw. I think his people misplaced the item or never had it at my property or maybe they stole it. You can’t say I stole it without proof. The tree mess is still in my backyard blocking my shed so I can’t get anything out of it. Yes you said you were going to come that Monday which I waited all day for you not to show up or call. I continued to wait for days then weeks then months and nothing. A customer would get extremely mad especially if you didn’t clean up your mess and didn’t perform the work that was first told to you that needed to be done.

      To whom it may concern, 

      There are various pieces of information left out of **** ********* account of what happened. I initially went to their house and quoted trimming everything above their house. I sent my guys out there while I was at another job using the bobcat/dump trailer. I told her I'd be there to move everything to the front curb a few days later once I finish the other job I had the bobcat at. She was fine with this. After we cut everything that we had spoken about at the quote she demanded that we cut a giant 20 foot limb(would normally charge $350 for something similar) that wasn't near her house, it was over the neighbor's fence, or that we would not get paid. I told her that's not how it works, more work = more money. She became belligerent calling my workers racial slurs. At that point my guys cut it and got out of there as soon as possible to avoid any conflicts. Later that day my guys called me saying they left a chainsaw ($800 value) there. I texted **** ******* asking about it, she said it has nothing to do with the job and that we better be there Monday or she'll "take this further". So not only did we do an extra $350 work for free while being verbally disrespected, but she also stole a $800 chainsaw from us. Also missing from her is the phone calls where she called threatening me and just being plain disrespectful. I did everything I could to make **** ******* happy until she began disrespecting/stealing from my crew. Any client of mine that has a complaint or problems I go above and beyond to fix and I tried with **** *******. I will not give her a penny back because she isn't owed anything. I stand on my decision as not only a business owner but as a human being as well, Disrespect and stealing aren't tolerated in my business.

        The business is full of lies. The extra tree branch that he said would cost me more money was definitely over my property. As far as the mess in my backyard it’s still there cause I have no way to remove it being i don’t have a truck to haul it off. I never stole anything that belongs to him if his crew left a tool behind then it must be under all the debris the owners workers didn’t put to the curb and I’m certainly not going to move it. I want our money back due to the work not being completed and the owner is refusing my calls and has me blocked. I never said anything racial about his workers. He is full of lies, doesn’t keep up with the original agreement which i provided along with the pictures. In order for me to hire yet another person who can come get the mess I need money which he basically stole from me by telling me he would call the police and have me arrested for non payment.

        The business owner is still refusing to clean up the mess his company left in my backyard or refund our money so we can hire someone who is trustworthy enough. This guy shouldn’t even be able to have a business since he threatens people, blames them for stealing equipment we don’t have and don’t even need. He is the one who is stealing from us and it’s been over a year and still nothing.
