            This company came out and gave me a quote. I wanted a garage door **** and made that point many times during the conversation. I mentioned that a local store could get the door in 5 weeks, but I needed it sooner. The salesperson assured me it would be here in one week. I also told the salesperson that the garage door ****** was not working and he said that he would throw that in, as if he was doing me a favor. The price was considerably more than the other door that was going to take 5 weeks, but I needed it and payed the higher price. I was sent an invoice immediately for half payment of which I paid upon receipt. After two weeks and no door I called and was informed the door would be here in 3 more weeks. This is exactly what I was trying to avoid. Because I was so mad, they miraculously said they could get the door to me in the next two days and the installer would be on the job at 10:00 AM. After waiting nearly an hour, the installer finally arrived. The work took most of the day, and when he was close to completion he realized he didnt have the garage door button. The installer had to go back to the shop to get that part and returned 4 hours later. I dont mind paying more for honest good work, and I realize things are hard to get these days, but I never received a call explaining the situation. Every call was initiated by me. I was lied to about the date of the arrival, I was lied to about the time of the arrival, and I was lied to about the garage door button. And to add insult to injury, the remainder of my invoice was sent to me via text 6 hours before the job was completed. This is my first time in 60 years writing a review like this, but it must be written as people seem to think this type of service is the norm these days. It should not be. We must hold these inadequate companies accountable; otherwise, this is the future.

            We are deeply sorry that ************** feels this way but Our sales person did mention the door would take 1-2 weeks as it was a standard door. Only issue is the manufacture took longer then expected to deliver the door which is completely out of my control as the invoice proves that. We called ************** to notify him that the door would be delivered on the 5th of October. He wasnt happy but he was okay with it and Aware.
            Comes September 29th he called making a big scene about his door not being in and installed when we clearly had a conversation that the door would be in on the 5th of October. These situations dont normally happen, but when they do we expect our customers to have an understanding, especially if youre a contractor. 

            When I seen that he was very upset and in urgent need for the door due to his tenant kept complaining I decided to help him with getting his door installed as soon as possible. So I called a different manufacturer that we dont normally use, which is about 2 hours out. They had it in stock I purchased another door immediately. So I called Mr. ******************* to notify him that we have good news! I can install that door for you tomorrow Sep 30th. 
            The door didnt magically appear, I had to pay another manufacture for the same door that I already have ordered just to make it right with ***************The reason our quote is higher than *********** is because we include installation in our prices, I also included a wall bottom which is in fact a favor not part of the door quote because he didnt purchase a door opener for us. Also we discussed with **************** that he would frame the top of the garage which he didnt, ************** did the framing for him which wasnt in our scope of work free of charge. The invoice was sent to him 30 minutes prior to ************** leaving his house not six hours as he claimed. Our software can prove that. Our company is a family owned small business and we deeply care about our customers satisfaction to help us grow in our community. We went above and beyond to please ***************
