            Mr. ******* company installed a roof on my home December 18,2021 because of hurricane Ida I noticed February 19,2022 my roof has been leaking on the far right side I talked to some one from his company they said they will take a look well they came to my home without informing me that they was on their way which I wasn’t home I texted again to see when some one was coming they said Sunday February 20,2022 no one never came I texted again he stated that he’s still coming but was tied up with another job I received a texted February 22,2022 some one will be out there at 2:30 again I will not be there I have to pick up my kids it was just a run around with nothing being solved so I had to hire another contractor so they came to see what was the problem come to find out Mr. ******* company roofing machine nail gun Punctured a hole in the waterline my whole kitchen area has been leaking since December 18,2021 which cause Bacteria growth to grow all over my kitchen area from my cabinets, countertops, walls, reset lights that had to be gutted out which I have pictures that I sent to Mr. ******* to show him the damages and the whole that his company did of of his staff members came out March 17,2022 saw the damages saying he got in touch with code enforcement which code enforcement has nothing to do with the damages that happened I also stated if I was a contractor and I did damage to your property I would have to fix them I wrote Mr. ******* a letter for 30 days to fix the damages I emailed him also sent a text he took his read Notification off all of a sudden which been on since I hired him in 2021 for the job but by law he do have 30 days April 19,2022 will be 30 days I do not recommend this company to any one but want to send a payment that I owe him with a insurance claim check that I haven’t received yet but ask me to help him out so he can write a letter so I can give it to my insurance company saying hurricane Ida done the damage no that’s Fraud it was your company
