For some reason I cant get any help. I had a repairman come and replace some parts on my power wheelchair, when he did that, there were other things that needed to be replaced, a battery charger, replacement pad for cushion, left leg support, I called a month or so later and was told they were still waiting on parts. I let them know that I really needed the battery charger at least. I was going to be in the area so I called and was told that I could maybe come get the charger myself but somehow that fell through. I called back a few more times over a couple of months and was told the same thing. Then I called about a month later and was told the most ridiculous thing, I was told there was no order. I asked for a manager to call me and it never happened. Now another month later and they wont answer my calls at all. I know its me that they arent answering because I called from a different number and they answeredInitial Complaint

Duramed **** provided me a Medline steel rolling ****** in July 2021 after a few days of use the ****** jammed and it caused me to fall out on the ground as a result of pain and bruises, I went to my primary care and explain what happened. Then I called Duramed **** and told them the brand we have received is not a brand approved by *** and I was told this is what your insurance covered. What I received was a brand that sells on the internet for around $39 (Brand new Medline steel rolling ****** | Mercari) and I am not sure how much they will charge my insurance. Also, they provided me a cane based on primary care request which was also crocking I called them for replacement and I was told to leave them behind my door so their driver can come and pick them up and provide a new replacement. As of today has not provided any replacement and when I called the company a few weeks back they put me on hold for over 20 minutes to speak to Ms. **** but I was not able to reach her. So I called the company and inquire about the medical equipment and asked them what happened to the replacement and I was told their policy allows for only three days which would not make sense to me so I asked to speak to the manager and she said the same thing then I asked for her name and she refused to give me her name so I believe the company provides not approved *** medical Supply that is widely available at a very lower price and perhaps charged the insurance company way above their cost.As their customer service not only exceed my expectation but also their unwillingness to resolve the issue surprised me. Please note that I did not follow up for a long time as I was out of the States and I was using the other suppliers that I have purchased on my own so I am filing a formal complaint against the company for bad customer service.Customer response
