I purchase flooring from Perque flooring and have nine boxes left over. The flooring company indicates they have a NO return policy. This policy is not detailed on any receipt, attached, nor was it discussed with me verbally. Had I been told this, I would delayed the purchase.I want to return the extra boxes of flooring and am willing to pay the customary restocking fee that is charged by local other flooring companies in the area.Business response

Enclosed is the contract the customer received which specifically states special orders or not refundable. It
is amazing how you left that part out of the contract you sent the BBB. ****** was following company policy
by refusing to return any special order items due to the policies of most vendors will not take back.
I have made some phone calls to the manufacturer and they said they would allow us to make a 1 time exception
if unopened and sent back within the next 10 days which must be delivered to my warehouse. The restocking fee
will be 25% plus freight to ******* warehouse which will be $419.00. Your credit would be $453.99. This exception
is only good for 10 days
