We entered in a contract with Jr. ******************** Pools LLC to have our pool renovated. Contract is for 20x40 pool partial demo and rebuild. For all equipment and renovations the total cost was *********. a down payment deposit of $8,146.35 was issued on Feb. 22, 2023. work started on March 7, 2023 and a 2nd payment requested on March 14, 2023 of ********* was requested for work performed. the 3rd payment was for $ ********* on March 22, 2023. it wasn't until April 25, 2023 that he returned to do additional work on the pool after many attempts to reach him. May 19th was the last time anyone has been to our home to do anymore work on the pool. On May 30, 2023, we received a text stating that he would be working towards completing the job by June 9. to no avail. At this point, We just want the work completed as per the contract.Customer response

******************* is owner and contractor of company. ************ was contracted to replaster existing pool. Prior to signing contract ************ was in constant communication regarding the project. Once a deposit was given and a date selected communication was sporadic despite numerous calls and messages left. ************ was paid in full for a total of $21, 352.00 beginning with a deposit on 11/23/22 and a final payment of $8400 in 3/2023. At the time of the final payment there were several issues with the pool that ************ assured ** would be corrected. As of today, the issues remain unresolved. There has been constant attempts on our part to communicate, leaving numerous messages with limited communication in return with a promise for worked to be completed and issues resolved. The company misrepresented their work ethic, work product, and timeline but was paid in full unfortunately prior to the completion of the project..Business response
