On the 9th of June I ordered a ice chest radio that was advertised to ship within ***** hours of purchase. After not receiving item after two weeks of purchase. I reached out to ********************* regarding the cooler. He told me he was lacking the parts. I contacted him two weeks later and he said he was finishing my order and it would ship out the following Monday. Two or Three more weeks went by and still no cooler. I reached out to him again and he said his whole crew suffered from Corona Virus and my order would ship soon. More weeks go by still no cooler. I reach out to him again and he said again he was just finishing my order and it would ship out Monday. I waited more weeks and reached out to him today 9/2/21 and his excuse was hurricane ***. After searching reviews it looks like this is his MO. He promises something and almost never delivers. Apparently my patience has caused an issue where my bank is telling me because it is older than 60 days we have no dispute power.Initial Complaint

We placed an order with this company. The websites time of shipping was a lie. The original cooler we purchased was not in stock, and the website did not say that. It took us calling, for him to actually tell us he didnt have it. Then, the color we wanted wasnt given to us. Becuase it was for vacation, he promised that he could overnight it to where we were staying. It never showed up. I had to drive 4 hours back to where we vacationed to pick it up days later. Now, it leaks. Doesnt hold the ice, and it turns off every 5 minutes. Doesnt matter how long we charge it. We have asked for a refund multiple times. We told him when he didnt get it to us in time that we no longer wanted it. Yet he still sent it. It is not worth over $500 that we spent on it. I have called and sent messages. His website clearly states that if you are not happy there is hassle free money back/returns. Thats a lie. He told me to hot glue it so it stopped leaking. We want a refund.
