**** ********* the owner of the business has worked for me twice and I'm satisified with his work. He did some electrical work back around March and then removed/installed a HVAC brand new system on Aug 30, 2022. I paid him $1100 in Mar for the electrical work and for the HVAC paid him in two installments, first $4200 for the Rheem 16 SEER AC/Heat unit and when he installed it on Aug 30 another $2800 labor for the install for a total of $7000, the agreed upon price. He installed the unit and it works great and I have told him so through cell phone and text conversation. My complaint is he won't send me a Bill of Sale and fix some damage in my hall above where the new heating unit was installed. I've even told him just forget about the damage and send me my Bill of Sale. I've sent him that message several times and he's acknowledged getting it and promising twice to come by to fix the damage and to bring the Bill of Sale. I've even told him just drop the Bill of Sale in the mailbox to me. This was one of an ongoing prompting to get him to comply with my request which was only fair. If this doesn't work, I could always mention that I'm still waiting on the Bill of Sale on his Facebook Racing Website for his wife and all his buddies to see because he dirt races his car a lot. That's the next step if this doesn't work. I'm completely satisified with his work and the performance of the equipment but his not getting back with me to finish a really simple completion of his job duties makes me not recommend him to anyone again. I had recommended him to 3 people that had ask who was doing my AC install but that's out the window now, not recommending him now, he's just not dependable.
