15 U.S. Code **** - Obligations with respect to disclosures of personal information Louisiana Federal CR U it has come to my attention that you illegally reported my information to unaffiliated 3rd parties without giving me my disclosures.Pursuant 15 USC **** you are required by law to give me 3 disclosures I have checked all documents from your institution given to me and none of these documents contained any of the required disclosures pursuant 15 USC ****(b).Business response

I went to Louisiana Federal Credit Union (LFCU) off Belle Terre BLVD to cash a check in order to pay individuals who currently watch and care for my mother. The teller informed me that he could not cash the Check cause I have an outstanding balance with LFCU and I had to go inside and talk with a manager. I went inside and the young lady cash my mother's check. I asked to see the original paperwork for this so call Loan the teller stated I had. The young lady pulled up a credit card statement with no charges on it and stated I still owed this money. She couldn't tell me when I close my Louisiana Federal Credit Union account or what the charges were from. I dispute these charges and request this information be remove from LFCU records. I don't remember the date or time I closed my LFCU account or **** card. Nor could LFCU explain how I had a balance with no charges on the statement.I know I cancel all activities with LFCU in good standing. Very Respectfully,*************************Business response
