              Moved into Canterbury square on October 7th. In the process of me moving & cleaning I seen small roaches ( dead & alive ) around the apartment. I contacted the apartment manager immediately and didn’t move anything else in. They came out and sprayed in attempt to get rid of the problem but the infestation is too severe. It has been two weeks I still haven’t moved in because of the infestation of roaches. I contacted them multiple to get out of the lease because it is clearly a breach on there side of the contract .

              Looks nice but there are ROACHES!! In every shape, size & color. These roaches stay in your refrigerator more than your kids during the summer. And God forbid you try to cook bc they’re the nasty uninvited guests at the pots before you. Peeling ceilings, moldy air vents, doors with huge gaps. Pest control…sprays the inside of the stove & refrigerator with all your groceries in it as their “bombing” method. But guess what’s still there with super ninja skills….ROACHES & they lil friends like its a block party in the 90’s!!! Awful, disgusting & unsanitary but they want their rent money.
