  On 8/29 , I went to get my brakes fix . I was told $150 and when my car was up in the air he gave me a bill for $615. After I wanted an explanation the old man snatched the paper out of my hands and gave me a new bill for $315. He was rude and disrespectful. They lied to me about my amount and the old short man was rude

  I am rejecting this response because:
  They did not update on the quote or any inspection. No one talk or explained anything that was going on until I asked. They were making up random prices on the bill as stated from their response. I never told them to change my rotors. Why when I said something the bill dropped down to $315? Also, in what world would it cost $600 to change brakes that cost $40 ? They were trying to get over on me because I am a young female. **** , the short man , was rude and was having an attitude. They are lying about the prices and they didn’t go over anything with me until the bill came and my car was already torn apart by them.

  These so Call mechanics are robbing people. Let me explain, I brought my ford f150 in to get my brakes looked at. They did a brake inspection and found out the back drivers side brake needed to be replaced. (Now Remember I said Brake Inspection ) The short white man with a long beard came from behind the counter said it would be better to get all the brakes replace so, I did. Over 800 dollars! They told me if my brakes are squeaking give it a couple days to stop and you have a warranty on the rotors and pads. We will replace for free. I made the first stop, A Very Loud Squeak! But I remember he said give it a couple of weeks. Weeks pass and not only is it rubbing it's producing a large amount of brake dust! So I call him and let him know about it and he replied, bring it in. I brought my truck in and they performed another brake inspection . This time he said it was the front right caliber. So I asked when you did the brake inspection before why you didn't catch that then? He said because they didn't look for that. Really! But then he said your rotor and brake pads are under warranty , we will replace that but you have to pay for the caliber work. I told him I didn't want him to do the work. I just want my rotor and pads replace and I will take it to someone else to fix. HE REFUSE TO HONOR THE WARRANTY AND SAID IF I REPLACE THE BRAKES AND PADS IT WILL DO THE SAME THING. AGAIN I TOLD HIM I WILL HAVE ANOTHER COMPANY FIX THE PROBLEM . HE STILL REFUSED TO HONOR THE WARRANTY! I AM WRITING THIS TO LET ALL YOU HARD WORKING PEOPLE KNOW TO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARN MONEY HERE! THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE RIP OFF! NOW THEY CHARGE TO LOOK AT YOUR BRAKES AND IF YOU DECIDE YOU DONT WANT THERE SERVICE !!!! THEY CHARGE YOU!! I SHOULD OF KNOWN IF THIS COMPANY GIVES YOU A FREE OIL CHANGE FOR A POSITIVE review then something is wrong with this place! I am a Retired Law Enforcement official and I worked hard for my money. DONT GO HERE PERIOD!

  Tell us why here...CUSTOMER CAME IN ON FEB 10TH 2023 FOR A GRINDING SOUND. WE DROVE
  THE VEHICLE AND DIAGNOSED THE NOISE WAS COMING FROM THE REAR. THE
  BRAKE PADS HAD NO BRAKING MATERIAL LEFT AND THE ROTORS WERE SCARED AND
  GROOVED FROM THE WORN PADS TO THEM NOT BEING ABLE TO BE REUSED. WE
  ALSO NOTICED THE FRONT PADS HAD ALMOST NO BRAKING MATERIAL SIMILAR TO
  THE REAR AND THE ROTORS WERE TOO THIN TO BE REUSED. WE GAVE THE
  CUSTOMER AN ESTIMATE ON FRONT PADS, FRONT ROTORS, REAR PADS, REAR
  ROTORS, AND A BRAKE FLUSH. THE CUSTOMER BOUGHT THE PADS AND ROTORS
  FRONT AND REAR BUT DID NOT PURCHASE THE BRAKE FLUSH. THE BRAKE FLUSH IS
  WHEN YOU FLUSH ALL OF THE OLD DIRTY AND CONTAMINATED BRAKE FLUID OUT OF
  THE SYSTEM AND REPLACE IT WITH NEW CLEAN BRAKE FLUID. THE RESULT OF THE
  CUSTOMER NOT PURCHASING THE BRAKE FLUSH WAS THE CALIPER FAILURE.
  CUSTOMER RETURNED ON MARCH 21ST 2023 FOR A SQUEAKING NOISE. WE
  DIAGNOSED THE NOISE WAS COMING FROM DRIVER FRONT BRAKE ASSEMBLY. WE
  DIAGNOSED THE CAUSE WAS THAT THE CALIPER IS STICKING AND CAUSED THE
  BRAKES TO STAY ENGAGED AND THE BRAKE ASSEMBLE TO OVER HEAT CAUSE THE
  BRAKE PADS CRYSTALLIZE AND SQUEAK. WE INFORMED THE CUSTOMER THAT WE
  WOULD WARRANTY THE FRONT PADS AND ROTORS IF THE CUSTOMER WOULD
  PURCHASE A NEW CALIPER. THE CUSTOMER DECLINED THE NEW CALIPER. IN
  RESULT THE PROBLEM WAS NOT FIXED.
