On January 31, 2022 I went into a supply store to pick up products for work and my debit card was declined 4 times. I used cash to pay for my products and called Hancock Whitney Bank as soon as I got into my car. I was informed that my card had been blocked on January 26th (no warning) due to suspicious activity and asked if I wanted a new one. So I said yes, she informed me that it would arrive at the address I provided within 7 to 10 business days. I never received my new card so on February 18th I called back and was told that the other lady never sent me a card. At this point I'm backed up on ordering products for my business and need my card, I also have bills to pay and most of that I do online. I was then told they would put a 3 day rush on my card so I could get it a little faster. Here I am today February 25th and still no card, a month later. I called back and was told that it was put in the mail on February 21st but it wasn't put for a 3 day rush. So they lied to me. I am now running low on back bar items that will make me cancel appointments because I can't get products. This is unacceptable and my business is hurting at this point in a time where I need all the business I can get.
