THIS SVC PROVIDER IS LISTED ON THE STATE OF LA SEC. OF STATE WEBSITE AS A REGISTERED AGENT SERVICE PROVIDER FOR THE STATE OF LA; IN AN EFFORT TO SUPPORT OUR LA BUSINESSES, I FOLLOWED THE LINK TO THEIR WEBSITE WHERE IT, BOASTS ITS SVC FOR $49/YR. THE ISSUE I HAVE IS IT'S ADVERTISEMENT IS MISLEADING AND UNTRUE. I CREATED AN ACCOUNT, PAID THE $49 ADVERTISED FEE IN FULL, AND AM BEING TOLD I CANCELLED MY OWN SERVICE WHICH, ISN'T TRUE. UPON COMPLETING MY PROFILE THRU VENDOR WEBSITE, IT AUTOMATICALLY GENERATED AN INVOICE FOR SERVICE ADD-ON FEATURE(STANDARD LA ANNUAL REPORT COMPLIANCE FILING) NOT RELATED TO IT'S ADVERTISED REGISTED AGENT FUNCTION AND I SELECTED TO ONLY CANCELL THAT ADD-ON BECAUSE I CAN FILE IT MYSELF. ALL LA DOMICILED BUSINESSES ARE REQUIRED TO FILE THE REPORT AT IT'S OWN DESCRETION AND WAS NOT INCLUDED, REFERENCED OR MENTIONED AS A CONDITIONAL REQUIREMENT FOR SAID $49/YR REGISTERED AGENT FEARTURE. (SEE COPIES ATTACHED) I'M REQUESTING ASSISTANCE FROM YOUR OFFICE IS EITHER GETTING gEAUX REGISTERED AGENT LLC TO HONOR ITS ADVERTISED SVC OR REFUND ME THE $49 SO I CAN OBTAIN ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER. ALSO WOULD LIKE THIS PLATFORM TO REQUIRE SVC PROVIDER TO EFFECTIVLY COMMUNICATE HIDDEN FEES ON ALL STATE WEBSITES FOR FUTRURE USERS TO BE ABLE TO MAKE INTELLIGENT, INFORMED DECISIONS ABOUT CHOOSING THIS SVC PROVIDER,Business response
