    When I purchase my vehicle with this company, my truck only came with one key. I requested the second key and the salesman/finance manager stated they would get the second key from the previous owner. That never happened. I went out of town with my daughter and someone mistakenly picking up my keys. Contacted the dealership and they are refusing to provide me with a second key. I also purchased an insurance policy with Infinity of Lafayette to cover the cost of my key in case one was lost or misplaced but the insurance company states before they will replace my key it is the responsibility of the dealership to provide me with a second key because that is what they require. I went to the dealership and the Manager is refusing to face me to speak with me he also sent someone out to relay all his messages to me. He also wants to refund me what I owe left on the policy but keep what has been made off of me since I purchased the truck. He sent a message to me by a worker that it will be refunded back to Ally Auto who is the lien holder of my title and the refunded amount will be deducted off what is owed on the truck. So in the long run I am screwed due to them not doing what they were suppose to do at the sale and if my policy is canceled in the furture I would have no coverage on what I paid and in the end they still got paid for the truck and kept my money from the policy payments that have been paid to them. I have not only had to purchase my own key but I have had to pay for a rental car for over a week due to them not caring. I will fight for whats right until the end because this is very unfair.

    I bought a brand new Infiniti QX 60 in 2018 and have had issues with it since day one. The service at Infiniti of Lafayette is terrible and there are people there who are extremely rude and not very helpful. I am now having an issue with the exhaust smoking heavily upon start up. The vehicle only has 57,000 miles on it and is still under factory warranty. Their diagnostics say we have to replace our engine and want to charge us $20,000 to replace it. They do not want to warranty it and said its our fault the engine has malfunctions, even though we had to replace parts on the engine only months after purchase. We have all the receipts of maintenance and have no other issues on our end. We also looked up these issues online and this seems to be a trend for our vehicle model. They just told us our warranty has been denied with no explanation. We don't hear from them for days and when we call we get the same run around. My wife has been on foot for weeks and just finally got a rental car. This has been a terrible experience to say the least. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere and staying away from Infiniti all together. A 1 star review is actually very generous.

    We can understand your frustrations with this situation, but unfortunately your vehicle's warranty was denied due to engine sludge. Infiniti Corporation has denied the warranty, not our individual dealership. We would be happy to source a lower-cost replacement engine as an alternative. We are happy to help you in any way and make an unfortunate situation a little better. Thank you for your time.
