I rented a car from enterprise on 8/23/2023 and returned it on 8/30/23. I told the staff that checked me out that I was purchasing the extra insurance for only a few days and did not want it for the last 4 days of my rental. He said to remind them when I returned the vehicle. When I returned the vehicle, I told the staff 3 times to take it off. He did not. I was told I would receive a refund in a few days. Still no refund. I've called the facility numerous times but noone answers the phone. I called again today and the person who answered said I would receive a callback. No call back yet. I called customer service a few times who said they would forward the info and should hear back from someone. I called the escalations dept today who said they would have the manager of that facility call me. Still no phone call. Enterprise owes me money that they have not refunded me and I can't seem to get anyone to tell me anything about when I should expect my refund. I have rented from them numerous times but this is the first time I have a serious complaint.
