      If I could give negative stars I would. I only have a certain amount of characters to use and I could literally write a complete novel about the horrors this company has done to my family. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!! They operate under ******* ********* as well, and it makes me wonder why you have two names for the same company. I trusted Google reviews and didn't think to check BBB. They will charge you for everything under the sun and MORE because they are not in the "program" where they adhere to insurance pricing and will charge you for things they KNOW insurance companies do not pay or approve. Never told upfront estimated costs for the mitigation work until they slapped the insurance company with the invoice that had asinine charges on it. I'm surprised they didn't charge for the A/C they used driving to job site....oh wait, they did charge travel and hourly rate for a 15 minute check on air cleaners. This company is the worst company I've ever seen and DOES NOT do what is best for their customer. They WILL take advantage of your ignorance and that little work authorization they give you assuring you all will be okay - DO NOT SIGN IT!!!!!!!

The intention of insurance proceeds in situations such as these is generally to aid in covering the restoration expenses, which is the bill presented upon completion of our services.

      Dear Folks, Maddie Cummings and the other fine people at Restoration Pros have been remarkably helpful during these past two stressful months after significant damage occurred to my home from a ruptured water line. When I called her she answered almost always. When she couldn’t, my call was returned within minutes. Without exception throughout our many conversations Maddie has been cheerful, friendly and responsive to my concerns. Although the circumstances which caused our interaction were tragic she has been a bright light in an otherwise trying period in my life. I have been an employer of many people over the years and I would have been pleased for her to represent me as an employee. Maddie is simply a delightful communicator.
