I hired them to install gutters for $2108.00 on 12-28-22. I noticed on 1-8-23 when it rains the gutters are shorter than the roof line & is a different design on the breezeway. When it rains some water goes in the gutter & the rest goes in the pool area. On the ends of the roof some goes in the gutter & the rest goes on the ground. I started calling on the 13th for them to come out. At first they said they would call back to reschedule & now they don't answer or return any calls. I don't know what else to do & can't afford new gutters.Business response

*** ***** is correct. She did contact my office and spoke to my daughter ****. At that time i had the flu and so did all of my guys on my Lafayette crew. We pulled our Lake Charles crew to Lafayette to help keep up with work and they also came down with the flu. Today is actually my 1st day back to work in 3 weeks and we still have 3 guys out. **** did put *** ***** on my repair list and i am hoping to get to her before the end of next week. I am not trying to put *** ***** on the back burner nor am i ignoring her calls. The is bad communication with the customer on my daughter ****'s part.
