      I paid for a consultation. Natasha came to my home & did a walk through & discussion of which rooms she would be decorating & also colors & items. She sent the contract & I reviewed it then had funds sent to her account which she said was her & her husbands business account. I did not hear from her for 3 months. Contacted her 3 months later. She said she was coming bring things & did not. Finally she came bring a few things asked for her installment payment also. I paid her $600 of the $1200. She did not come back that day b/c it was raining. She came back next month & drop a few other things off. The next month I tried to contact her no answer. I spoke with someone that hit her to return my call. She d as me put up a few things she had already dropped off but did not bring the rest of my items. This woman was paid $5500 which was my budget (May2,2022) &($600) August 25th) The items she brought did not equal to $1000. She is no longer answer my calls & still hangs not gotten back with me. Do not hire her to do anything for you. She will take your money & not come back.

      On Oct 22, 2021, I signed a contract for her to complete the job of decorating my home for /dec 18,2021.The decorator fee of $1000 was to be given at the time of install. I paid via cash app first payment of $333.00 on 10/22/2021, the second payment was $333.00 on 11/11/2021, and the third payment was $334.00 on 11/23/2021. The initial walk of my home was discussed on Nov 29, 2021, and the date was set for Dec 7, 2021. On Dec 6, 2021, I texted to see what time for the walkthrough, and no reply.I waited all day for her. I was then called by her that night to reschedule and stated Dec 9, 2021, would be ok. I notified Dec 8, 2021, at 8:18 pm to confirm and she stated she would give me a call in the morning to confirm. On Dec 9 at 2:07 pm I notified her to confirm because she didnt called and she said it would be after 6 pm. You arrived that night, and we discussed a dining table, I decided on a table and cash app you $1100.00 on Dec 10, 2021, for the table. On Jan 2, 2022, you notified me and stated you had me down to decorate on Feb 7, 2022. I took off for those days in which I told you I would. On Feb 6, 2021, at 12:59 pm I confirmed that she was coming. on the next day, she never showed up with no call. I missed days of work. I texted her at 9 pm and didn’t receive a call or text until the following day. She rescheduled again for Feb 10, 2022. On Feb 10 she came and dropped things off and took my fireplace screen and never showed back. she then told me she had broken my table and she would need another glass, she also stated it would have been in by that Saturday. Feb 18.2022 she stated she was still waiting on the table. On March 27, 2022, I asked for an update on the table and she replied back on March 28, 2021, stating that it was in. I ask you what day you would have me scheduled. No date was given. April 11, 2022, I contacted her for a date. No date was given on April 23 I contacted her again nothing has been resolved

      I paid her 2200 to decorate my home she didn’t come neither the three times she was supposed to come. She told me she would refund my money and I have yet to receive it she not taking my calls or responding to me
