      I tried to reach out to Audi Lafayette for some assistance with the paint condition on the used 2017 GMC Denali I bought from that Dealership. I understand that there are going to be some flaws on/in a Used Vehicle. I spoke to a Salesman on several occasions about the Denali asking the price, financing options and about the condition of the Denali, I also asked for detailed pictures. I was provided a small number of pictures and a short video, but those pictures and the video did not show ANY of the flaws throughout the vehicle. It wasn't until we arrived at the Dealership and started examining the vehicle did we find significant issues; * deep scratches (into the primer behind passenger door) * several door dings on the passenger side of the vehicle * heavy water spots (water etching that will damage the paint and will eventually begin to flake off, as told by 5 different Detailers) * leaking front left shock (as evident by the presence of oil on the shock) * in-operative right rear taillight * constant running rear air compressor (was told from a local GMC dealer that this is most likely defective or leaking rear shocks) * 'Change Engine Oil" light that was illuminated If some of these issues had been brought to my attention first, I could have visited your dealership (without bringing my family) and we could have discussed those issues, came to an agreement and I could have made a decision then as to whether or not to purchase the vehicle. Instead, I was led to believe the Denali was in Excellent condition, so we agreed on a price and I made travel and lodging arrangements and drove 7 hours to pick it up. I won't sit here and point fingers at your crew that cleans the vehicles, but this paint issue should have been caught and addressed as soon as you took ownership of the Denali. Now the paint issue has morphed into an expensive nightmare that I am left to deal not to mention the enormous cost to have the paint corrected.

      I towed my 2012 Audi A5 to the dealership to have them diagnose it, and after a couple of days they tell me that my timing chain jumped and it needs to be replaced. The procedure would cost around $5000. I agreed Bc I was in need of a car and Bc I also liked my car. After like 2 weeks they tell me my car is ready so I go and pay for my car. They bring it out to the front and I drive away. I go to ****** which is 4.2 miles away to do some shopping. When I go to leave I try to start my car and it doesn't want to start. It was also making a weird noise from the timing chain which was not there before. I called the dealership and they sent a tow truck to come tow my car back to the dealer. I had to get a **** back to the dealership🤨. So when I get there they tell me they will have to check out my car to see what happened so I left it and went home. A couple days pass I try getting in touch with the service advisor Jacob but it seemed like he was dodging my calls? I go there in person and he tells me that i also had to switch my oil separator Bc that was what had caused my timing chain to jump. So I told them to go ahead and fix it which was another $500. A couple more days pass * try to reach the dealership and nothing. So I go in person and they tell me that my valves are bent and it would cost another $5000 to fix! I tell them I don't have another $5000 to spend and that they should have told me that before I spent the first $5000 Bc I would have gotten a NEW CAR WITH A $10,000 DIWN PAYMENT!! I told them my car still doesn't work and I want a refund but they said they can't refund any work done on the car? My car at the moment has more problems and more codes than before I brought it to them. I reach out to the service manager and she tells me the best she can help me out is to take out $500 from the $5000 procedure which I can't afford!!
