    Date 08/14/2023 Cost $1,257.66 The business committed to provide me with my vehicle looked at the same day I had the vehicle brought in and it was towed because I was working from home and could not drive it there. My car was not even looked at for days after they had my vehicle. The nature of the dispute is that they never fixed my car and I took it to another dealership when I had enough money to pay for the repair. The dealership I took my vehicle to was ***** **** and that is the place that normally works on my vehicle. I had leaks the entire time after Courtesy so called fixed my car and had to constantly add coolant anytime I used the car. Which is the reason I brought the car to Courtesy in the first place and they did not complete the job. They just charged me for erroneous parts and did not do a real test or they would have known that my car was not repaired and still leaked coolant. I called Courtesy several times with no response and did multiple Google reviews online and ***** ******** blocked my emails. I refused to bring my car back to a place that never fixed it and overcharged me. Attached you will find the receipt from Courtesy which did not fix anything on my car. The mechanic at ***** **** said that none of what they did would fix my problem. I have a video from ***** **** from ***** **** about my repairs and I was allowed to go back and see the issue prior to them fixing my repair. I was not shown anything at Courtesy and they did not have a video of my vehicle and did not call to explain to me anything. They had a lady who lied to me about my car being worked on the same day call me to tell me I needed the two things that I was charged for in which did not fix my vehicle. I want my money back because if I would have took my car to ***** **** it would have been fixed the first time. I had to drive with coolant in my car to make any trip I made and that is what Courtesy was supposed to fix, however ***** **** fixed my car. I want my money back.

    I would prefer not to give any stars honestly... Lets start with the good parts, the sales associate Ryan and the manager (unsure which manager, maybe business manager?) Ian were both great to work with through the selection and paperwork process. Now for the bad... First, I have been in the area for several years, give or take about 15 or so years... I have visited this place previously and had not so great experiences, all things said, should have left a review at those times as well, however that all seemed to be washed away with the interaction with Ryan and Ian. We selected a vehicle (used), while waiting for paperwork from insurance, GAP and Warranty to finalize, we secured the deal, or so we thought, by signing all purchase paperwork, agreeing to the price that they set, agreeing to purchase GAP and the extended warranty even. We put down a reasonable amount as well at the time of signing everything... The paperwork was taking longer than anyone expected to be completed between all of the parties, as such, we received a call when it was too close to the end of the month and they wanted to sell the vehicle to someone else. Excellent timing, we have no rental either because the insurance company (GEICO...) paid out to the wrong folks and no longer wanted to provide the rental as they saw their end as complete! The wife and I took the bus up there, I was really disappointed that I didn't have the opportunity to express how I felt about this directly to the individual responsible... The used car manager! Courtesy my foot! Thought the deal was done, very disappointed in the responses understood to have come from the used car manager. The thoughtless actions with no regards for people or their circumstances or situations on his part were uncalled for. TLDR: I do not recommend doing business with companies such as this. Granted the company may not know about how this guy is treating customers and their deals with such disregard, but then again, maybe they do.
