    I went to my scheduled appointment. My husband had an outstanding bill because the insurance paid a portion. I submitted our new insurance, and then I was called to the back. Dr. Hall and his team is phenomenal. After I was done I went to check out with a young clerk named Hailey. She did not greet me. She was very short when she answered my questions. She gave me my total balance with my visit and my husband's balance. I asked if she had apple pay, and her response to me "can you just read the card number to me?" I said, "I don't have the number, but I have the card in my wallet." She proceeded to set up the card machine while sighing through the entire process. I continued to patiently wait. She put in the wrong amount of $227, but the total was $277. Instead of acknowledging that she entered the wrong amount; she said "it only approved $227. Imma have to run it again." My reply, "you put in the wrong amount because this is my debit card not a credit card, and it approved the amount you put in the machine." Hailey pushed her chair back and said, "I'm leaving! you can take her payment! you had an attitude since you came here! My response " young lady I did nothing to you or anyone to warrant this poor customer service. I am a medical professional, and I would never disrespect anyone because I know what it feels like first hand." Her co-worker looked at her confused when she learned that I did not have a problem paying my bill. I asked for the office manager to report this unprofessional behavior. She came and heard me replay what happened, but she did nothing except give me her business card. I was so disappointed that this type of behavior is allowed. I don't know if Hailey was mad because I had no problem paying my bill, I disturbed her sitting with her legs cocked up in her chair like she was at home, or was she embarrassed that she mistakenly entered in the wrong payment amount and had to use a calculator to figure out the amount she omitted?
