I purchased my pool from All Season’s Pools and Spa back in the year of 2000. On June 5th, 2020, I sent pictures as requested from All Season’s Pool of some repairs needed on my coping/decking around my pool. On June 12th, 2020, I hadn’t heard anything from them, so I followed up. Still no response from All Season's so I followed up again on Aug 11th, 2020. Still no response from All Season's so I followed up again on May 6th, 2021. On May 7th, 2021, All Season's Pool responded asking to send pictures again that they would work on getting me set up for their contractor to come out and look at what I need. On May 18th, 2021, I still hadn’t heard anything from All Season's so I followed up again. I waited and waited and waited. On Oct 5th, 2022, I had not heard anything from them, so I called, and they told me to send pictures again. On Oct 11th, 2022, I followed up because I hadn't heard anything from them. On Oct 12th, 2022, they responded still working on it. On Oct 18th, 2022, I followed up again because I haven't heard anything from them. I GAVE UP!!!! All Season's Pools and Spa is good for the sell and installation, but for the service after terrible!!! I am so disappointed to have spent so much money and can't get the service I need.

All Seasons Pools & Spas uses subcontractors for the type of work Mr. ****** is needing. The contractor was giving the information several times but just never got around to it. Unfortunately, this was the norm during the pandemic as the pool business was operation at Heights never seen in the industry before .
The contractor is not an employee of all seasons.
We’re very sorry for this but no one on our staff is able to perform this work.
Were willing to keep attempting to have contractor evaluate job if Mr ****** desires .Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 18545481, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.BBB spoke with the consumer on January 10, 2023, and the consumer communicated he was satisfied with the solution that was reached.
