I signed a contract 9 months ago for a pool and outdoor kitchen, construction started seven months ago and still isn’t finished. I regularly go months without any work done and now the contractor won’t answer my calls after multiple attempts.

Good Morning,
We appreciate your feed back. I have attached our communication activity log and correspondence with Mr. *****. You will see our CSR and Project manager is communicating on a daily basis. Mr. *****'s pool was finished on May 10th. The second phase of his project is the outdoor kitchen which is still under construction. Due to materials and weather his project has been delayed. Mr. ***** has been made aware of all of these details. As you can see in our correspondence our CSR and myself have sent messages and have also encouraged the client to call me anytime at our office or cell Monday thru Friday 8-5. He has never called as of today. Bricks for the outdoor kitchen were delivered yesterday and brick masons will start tomorrow. As always our plan is to finish projects in a timely manner. Unfortanlty weather, materials and sub contractor labor can hold up a project timeline which is out of our control.

I am rejecting this response because:
If the BBB reads the communications that Bask Pools provided you will notice that they have not been contacting me every day and a lot of the texts were actually initiated by me trying to get the owner on the phone. you can also see that the owner still hasn't called me and the only text he has sent in response to me trying to talk to him was sent AFTER I filed a complaint with the BBB. For the record I'm still waiting for that phone call but for some strange reason he's saying that I can contact him any time, I've tried multiple times without receiving a call back from him. The ball is in his court in reference to talking to me.
