              On 3/25/24 at the Opelousas, La location I walked in and asked for hot fries and ******** ***** made a comment to the me then we started arguing. The worker spit in my face the customer so I spit back. The worker followed the customer outside to fight. The manager was call but when she got she started that she couldn't give the money back or food to customer also started that the Dm ( upper management) told her not to. I would like Corp to get involved. This isn't customer No one has reached out to me. This is theft to take a customer money and not give it back and didn’t get food after being spit on. The manager ****** ******* stated that her manager ****** told her not to refund.
