I went in in Sunday, January 23, 2021 and paid $70.00 to get my 3 girls nails painted and a full set shellac nails on me. 30 minutes after leaving the place, my daughters nail started to flake off. I called and told them what was going on and they said to come in the next day and they would redo it. I came in Monday, January 24,2021, around 4pm and they repainted her nails and told me it must not have been dry. I told them she had hers done before me so it was over an hour before we left here, they were dry. On Tuesday, January 25, 2021, I noticed my nails were looking really bad and the polish was already faded over the tips and the polish I bought was supposed to last 3 weeks with out fade, which is why it is more expensive. I called after work and told them I was upset that this was happening. The receptionist apologized multiple times and asked me to come in so they could fix it. I arrived 30 minutes later and the receptionist looked at my nails and agreed that this should not be happening and apologized repeatedly and told me she could see I was complaining about. The owner then came over and told me this was my fault because I wash my hands. I then told her I pId a lot of money for these nails and it is less than 24 hours and the polish is coming off. She then told me I can paint 1 more coat on it. I told her I don't want that color due to it apparently being bad or old. She said it was my fault it happened and refused to fix it. So I left very upset. I left a review on my experience on their Facebook page. She then commented on my review, with a very long post and told me I was a liar, a fake, that never happened, and also it had been days since I had them done, and also told me to take my business elsewhere. I am very hurt by her unkind words and very unprofessional handling of this experience. She was extremely rude to me both times I went in to get the mistakes fixed.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 9, 2022/02/23) */ Hello Ms. *****, I'm sorry we cannot fulfill your "desired resolution" for us to give you an apology for something that didn't happened. Yes, you spent $70 for your full set of shellac and your 3 young daughters received regular polish. The next day you brought one of your daughter back to have hers fixed because her polish "flaked off". Even though we know there are many possibilities that could have caused this, we fixed it with no charge. Two days later, you called to complaint that your nail tips faded and you came in. We offered to fix the issue but you didn't allow us to do so because you didn't want that color anymore. We truly strive for the highest quality of services for our clients. We have been more than reasonable and accommodating to rectify your issues even though your complaints were contradicting. As we are unable to provide you the quality of service that meets your expectations, we regret to lose your business and wish you the best!
