Placed two orders with this company one on a 11/23/23 for $225.27 and one on 11/24/23 for $198.26. Received both orders on 12/8/23 and wasn’t satisfied with it at all, it all smelled really bad, so I wanted to return it for a refund. Emailed them 2x, once on 12/9/23 and again on 12/12/23.They emailed me back on 12/12/23 asking why I wanted to return the items, I emailed them back same day stating the reasons why, but they never responded to it. I opened a case with PayPal on 12/19/23, and they emailed me back immediately, sending me 2 return labels so I can return the items back to them. They told me to close the PayPal case so they can refund me, and like thought they were telling the truth so I closed the case. Mailed back the items to them the very next day on 12/20/23 and it got deliver to them on 12/26/23. I emailed them kn 1/11/24 letting them know it’s been 15 days since the go the return back so why haven’t I gotten my refund. On 1/18/24 they emailed me and said their accounts team tried to refund me but it’s not working. It is now 02/18/24 and still haven’t gotten my refund. I want my money back.Business response
