I brought my daughters car (2020 Honda Civic) into the body shop at Lake Charles Alignment on Monday morning (2/19/24) @ 0830 to get a repair done to the under body of the vehicle. The car was in the body shop for over 60 mins and when I went to leave, as I was walking up to my vehicle, I instantly noticed some damage on the top side of the driver side just above the door. I then went back inside and talked to (****) employee that I have been dealing with for the previous repair and he instantly shut me down saying that the damage did not occur at this shop. He also advised that they usually take pictures of the vehicle before working on it for this particular purpose; however, did not do so on todays date. He was also asked by my husband if they had any working cameras in the body shop and he said they did but they were not working.Business response

After Reviewing our camera video it is apparent said dent was prior damage to repairs. Our video supports some dent in that area , also vehicle video was reviewed entering shop entering/sitting /leaving shop. No known impact is apparent.
