The owner of LCCT took tuition payments for a service she did not provide. She did not have a building in which to have practice and lied for months while parents continued to pay tuition. We did not have one single practice for the month of August for which I paid $292.50. I can show documentation of her weekly lies. Several people paid her thoussands. I don't want her to open another gym and do this to other people. Based on Facebook stories, she has been doing this for years. I emailed her and requested a refund for August. She basically called me stupid and told me to get an education. At this point, I don't wish to contact her any further.Initial Complaint

My daughter cheered for ***** at LCCT and I paid a lump sum of money down and they have not cheered since July and I have a credit of $1699 on her account. I have reached out to ***** three times in three weeks and still have not been paid back, she just keeps saying someone is working on closing the account but that does not take three weeks.
