The owner of the business is ****** ******. A few weeks after Hurricane Ida struck, Mr. ****** came to my home asking if I needed a contractor to repair damage, and I said that I did. He said that he was a licensed contractor, so I hired him to repair my roof, siding, and windows. I provided Mr. ****** the insurance Statement of Work, which detailed the damage. Mr. ****** provided an estimate based on that information. I was away from home for an extended period of time for an emergency, and since the work was outdoors I allowed Mr. ****** to send his crew, who came in the month of December, 2021. Except for the very top gable of the home, the workmanship was shoddy, at best. I actually had to hire another contractor to repair the siding and straighten the stack on the top gable, which should have been performed by Mr. ******** crew. The shingles that were repaired on the rear slope of the garage were blowing off and flapping. Recently when the hard rains started in my area, water began pouring into my home from the 'repaired' window. The whole time that I had these issues I kept in contact with Mr. ****** via text. He sent his brother to repair the loose shingles, whereby his brother used a different color of used shingles and the 'repair' looks horrific. Mr. ****** promised on several occasions to return to repair the garage roof and revisit the window to stop the leak. However, he has since stopped communicating with me for the past month. Due to the severe rains I must immediately hire a contractor to repair this window to mitigate further damage to my home.
