I advise anyone whose thinking of bringing his/her dry cleaning here to think twice. I bought a shirt in over a month ago and still haven't received it back yet. The attendant at the counter kept giving me the run around. First time I went to pick up my item she said that it hadn't come in yet. So I waited a couple days and still nothing,but I did get another excuse though. This time she said there was a stain on it from when they were cleaning it. Okay, so me trying to patient with them gave it few more days. Except this time the counter person says that she can't find it and a claim would be issued. She stated that it would take two weeks for said claim. The two weeks have passed and still no hear from on their end. So I go there to see where we're at with the claim only to get more excuses. She told me the manager wasn't there,but I saw him in the back area behind some clothing. He and I had spoken on my third visit there,so I recognized him. The counter person lied and said he wasn't there but realized that she had told me another lie. To make matters worst she said that she would have another manager who's in charge of claims and may not have done it. So as you see,it's one lie after another. Personally in my opinion, the claim should have been filed immediately after they lost my item. So if you still choose to bring your stuff here you better beware of how they handle business here.
