Company came out to install an air conditioning unit. The workers step through the ceiling while in the Attic installing the unit. Owner assured me he would have a contractor come take a look at it and repair the damage to the sheetrock ceiling. I have placed numerous calls with him promising to get somebody out here to no avail. I am still almost a year later dealing with a hole of my ceiling.Business response

I will take care of it. We spoke with the customer two different times and told her that we was not able to find anyone at the time to make such a small repair. We then instructed the customer that if she was to find someone to make the repair we would pay for it no problem. We will reach out to a different repair company this morning to get repair made. Thanks

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 19418580, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
I will await a call from him.
