On 1-4-22 I subscribed to the Lake Charles American Press newspaper for their edition of their e-mail newspaper for $67.67, paid for with a **** credit card. The next day I cancelled my subscription and was told that I would get a refund in about two weeks. I did receive two newspapers via online. I called them eight times and received call backs only twice. I was told on 5-4-22 that the refund was processed on 3-23-22. The only other time they returned my call was on 5-12-22 at which time they said they would look into it. So far I have not received one penny. It is their policy to refund any time remaining on subscriptions. To summarize, It has been almost five months that I have been waiting for a refund and the newspaper has not been helpful.Business response
