At the address o* *** ** ****** **. Deridder, LA 70634. (April 18th) The roof was opened. Put visqueen over it. (April 20th). It was not attached and blowing up. They were informed (April 23rd) April 26/27 it stormed. Went up morning of April 27th water coming in home. Thru ceilings down walls, exterior and interior. Floor was soaked called them both Tx & La numbers. They came and saw water coming in. I spent that day mopping up floor, wiping ceiling and walls. They came the 28th put on roof told them take out all insulation from ceiling. They didn't. Have been taking down ceilings have videos and pictures of wet insulation and water coming out of ceiling. Asked for insurance info. They refused to give it to me until I paid in full. I paid no information for insurance was given. Still working on taking out everything damaged.Business response

There was a weather related issue concerning the installation of the shingles. The customer was given a discounted price and told the Project Mgr on site that they would do the repairs. They paid in full after the discount was added and we sent out warranty and thank you letters.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:
We never stated we would take care of it. It is his responsibility and on him for the cost of repairs. We stated we need the insurance information in order to file a claim for damages. We stated we did not want his company back in our home. Their negligence in securing our roof after they opened it to the elements allowed water to cause significant damages to the property. We have absolutely no confidence in his company. We only want his insurance information. We will then hire another company to do repairs made necessary by his company’s actions. He refuses to supply it, even though it is mandated by Louisiana law that he supply his insurance information. In Louisiana we have a legal right to have that information.
