This company is great! ******* **** called me within 10 min of my BID request. He came to my house as promised. He was very informative & knowledgeable about my oak tree. After our meeting we set up a date & time to do the work. I was very concerned about a large dead limb hanging over my house. His crew showed up on time & did a great job!! They were courteous & professional. They picked up & hauled away all the branches and left my yard neat & clean. I highly recommend ProAct Tree Solutions.

Lightning struck a very old, large live oak tree in the backyard. Contacted ProAct Tree Solutions through the Home Advisor app. Response was in less than 24 hours. Arborist Mr. Patrick Reed assessed the damage to the tree and suggested a path forward. Mr. Reed was very punctual in scheduling the work and kept us well informed about the day and time the work would be completed. The four men that performed the tree work were punctual, polite and professional. My yard was left clean before the crew left the job site. I would highly recommend the services of ProAct Tree Solutions and I WILL contact them for my next arborist needs.- I needed my trees to be trimmed and some dead branches from Hurricane Delta removed and the crowns raised I got in touch with ProAct Tree Solutions thru the BBB. Their response was within an hour. ******* **** came out and gave a quote the same day he come to look at our trees. Within 2 days of the quote they came out and perform the job agreed upon. This company did a fantastic job, cleaned and removed all branches and debris. They even saved 2 squirrel nests that were in the trees. They are very courteous and and could answer any questions that we had. I would highly recommend this company
