Purchased my 2021 chevy malibu 3/23 now the transmission is gone out an the warranty expired cause of the mileage going to take 5,000 00 to fix it GM say they will give we me 700.00 o don't have no money I am single parent 2 kids an one on the way any day now I'm so stressed out having to bomb rides I only has the car for a year an this happen I just want them to fix it I'm still paying notes on the car I don't know wat else to doCustomer response

I just recieved a call from general motors they say that they was closing out on the case an will not b helping me because the warranty had expired but when i talked to customer care 2 weeks ago she clearly stated that the warranty go out the door under these circumstances an the matter would be looked at on how long i had the car i told the lady that an she still refused to offer help i dont have 5,000 dollars so what do i do now im still paying notes on a car that want even go forward .
