My sales Man was wonderful, When I bought the Vehicle the AC wasn't working and Neither where the Headlights and the Tail light, the head lights and tail lights had a shortage in them, I've had my Vehicle since April 2,2022. I've had 4 Loaner cars from the company due to my AC not working, they finally had it fixed we thought but the ac went back out and when I returned to the dealership to have it fixed again they Proceeded to tell me that it wasn't there place to fix it anymore since the vehicle was ours and we had already paid two notes on it, the man who sold us our car told us they would pay to have it fixed, but they don't seem to be doing that for us anymore, the temperatures out side are 105 and higher and its way to hot to be ridding around with no AC with my 4 year old daughter, my husband and myself are very displeased with this company, to the point of just wanting my down payment back the agreement was if they couldn't fix the ac they would put us in something new but are asking for more money down and we spent our savings on this vehicle.

THEY ONLY GET A 1 STAR SO I CAN LEAVE A REVIEW THEY DESERVE A NO STAR!!!!! THE SALESMAN ****** me into a car I did not want AND SHE NO LONGER WORKS THERE!! GO FIGURE!!! ALL because they knew I was in a bind after I was hit and my vehicle was totaled...we have zero credit always paid cash and never needed to finance til now and they do this to us!!! My NEWER Chevy Malibu broke 6 days after purchasing it...it shut off stranding me in moving traffic on at 5pm rush hour...first they didn't care until I blasted they on Facebook...so they took it for 2 weeks claimed to fix it and here we are 3 weeks later and it did it again in Alexandria almost causing my daughter and myself to be hit and killed on the busy streets...They do not care as long as they get their money. They assured me when I had reservations that it was a solid car that had everything checked out...they are liars and I do not recommend them to anyone!!!!!!!!! I am now stranded with a job to do and no way to go and I will be screaming this from the rooftops!!!!! DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!!!!!!!!!! THEY ARE CROOKS!!!!!!!! SOLD ME A USELESS WARRANTY FOR AND NO ONE TAKES IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I GOT SCREWED YALL RUUUUUNNNNNNNN!!!!!! I don't know what to make of the wheelmart here in Leesville!I see people who has Less income than i do get approved for a vehicle.My son was told by a sales rep that they help disabled people to be able to get a vehicle from them.I'm disabled and thought that it was to good to be true!So i had gone with my son,title to my truck in hand.The sales rep that my son had spoken to had seen him and me walk in the door and she had smiled and waved at him.Then she had this man take our application.We went thru the process and he had Delayed getting back to us and when he did,he had told both me and my son that we needed 5k down and our notes would be 500 a month!Not Only did i have my truck,but i had alil over 1k to go with it.I Knew that my credit score was up and this Is why i was looking for a new vehicle.What is wrong with this picture!I Am Now only coming to this site,because I Still am seeing people,who live in the same area as me driving a wheelmart vehicle.What happened to what the sale rep had told my son"?"that they help disabled people to get a vehicle thru them?I say that this was misleading and plain down right Wrong to get our hopes up like she had did and what that man had said!
