              Renting our home from Era sarver in leesville la. Have had multiple issues with home since we have started renting it. We have called and informed sarver multiple times but things never get proper fixed. All the doors in the house do not properly close and shut which is a safety and security concern for my family. Sink in kitchen doesn't work properly they have came out and looked at it but was not fixed, it was left loose not properly secured for nearly a month now. We have call so many times but nothing gets resolved we are just told they will send someone and when they do send someone our issues only get temporary fixes.

              The owner on day 2 of me moving out after paying 2k for rent for 3 years. Decided to post my pictures of my move out on my business personal Facebook. Pictures of my trash at the curb, pictures of a pool that had wind damage that I emailed 7 months before about! Mortified me and tried to humiliate and ruin my character. We were good renters! We emailed them anytime we need assistance! Terrible business practices. I get people leave houses trashed, but living there 3 years, there’s going to be wear and tear. Instead of trying to save your reputation on being so terrible to our military renters, maybe try to reach out and work with people throughout there rental stay. Shameful way of business  Sarver. Fort Johnson will know how you prefer to do business.
