The owner contracts out all his work. He has very little follow up as the work is being done. No follow up after work is done except to pick up check. I sent a text twice and called twice, left message both times no response. Highly recommend that someone look at his previous jobs before contracting. If he is contracting out his jobs you should go directly to the source and eliminate this middle man.

Yes, I have been using the same patio installer/sub contractor for 17 years. I have never had a job start up without going over it on site with my installer. I was at the job before and after the concrete area was formed and I was there when the concrete was poured. I was there during the patio cover/screen enclosure construction. There was a lot of grass/dirt that had to come out before the concrete work could be done correctly and it was put out in the backyard. When the job was finished my installer and myselfshoveled a total of 20,000lbs of grass/dirt onto a trailer and hauled it off. It took two trips over two days and on the second day, not only was I there loading the debris, I personally drove the second load to the dump myself. Unfortunately most of the grass under the debris had died. *************** said he and his wife would prefer the grass be replaced and I agreed. So a day or so later I personally went to ****************** and picked up a half a pallet of new sod and installed it myself. I had one text message in regards to a piece side valance that blew off during hurricane *** I believe. Unfortunately I overlooked that message and noticed it only after **************** texted me again telling me something to the affect that I had a poor business practice and I replied something like, that could not be further from the truth. This review was a total surprise and very unfortunate considering the job was done well and the customer was happy with all of the work.
