      Contacted solar company after fire to get estimate for removal and re-install solar panels while roof is being replaced.They indicated they need 1/2 deposit before they could begin the permit application. The amount was paid immediately.We received text messages over the next two months assuring us the permit application was made with the county and that they were waiting for the county. We asked them to please expedite the process as we have been without a house for six months. They continued to assure us for the next two months that the application was made with the county and that they were waiting on the county.On February 3rd, 2023, my husband and I visited the county. They informed us NO permit application has been filed by a solar company to remove and re-install. They also said they ARE able to expedite the process when due to a fire but they have NEVER received the permit application contrary to the many, many text messages we received assuring us that the permit application had been filed.at 9:05 AM on February 3rd, 2023, from the county's office we informed them to stop all work and that their services were terminated. We requested a refund of the deposit within 5 business days in the amount of $4,371.92.We have heard nothing from them.

      July 28th 2021 sunpro/buildpro salesman said they professionally reroofed plywood up. He made me an account on his tablet and had me fill in all my info including my bank account info. He called me later that evening and said he canceled the first loan to fill out the paperwork Sunlight emailed me,i did. Aug 25th non professionals did my roof.Pink plastic patches were all over my roof, plywood was not replaced,rotten plywood was not replaced.The vents were not sealed. My Chimney is only caulked around. flashing isn't sealed.There are a quarter inch to half inch space between shingles where buildpro removed the pink plastic.The plywood is broken from too many nails.ridge vent underlayment is crooked.They put broken shingles down my vents in both bathrooms and my kitchen.there was debris in my house Aug 31 called to cancel my loan i was told sunpro cancled. From Aug 31 -Sep 22 i had no loans or pending loans.then Sep23 i now had 1 i cancled They are tryin to charge 27,511.00for this
