Hello BBB,

Mrs. ******, hired our company to add a approximately 500SF addition, and during the middle of the process of the project he made deal with one of my subcontractor to finish the project without my consent and started writing checks directly to him, which immediately  caused a breached of contract and we no longer had the financial control of the project. Apparently the contractor (My Subcontractor before he started working for the homeowner) Did not complete the job according to the original contract that ARC Renovations and the homeowner and she comeback to us for help and ask us to try to intervene between her and the other contractor, apparently was a disagreement between both parties, which I immediately rejected and mentioned to her that she breached the contract and I was shocked that she even was contacting me to intervene in her behalf. The *********** **************** is aware of the false claims from her and they have of the documentation supporting ARC Renovations LLC.

Please provide and email and I will be happy to to attached and share all the documents and communication exchanges that I submitted to the ***** that released me for any wrong doing and shows the negligence of the homeowner of switching contractors which was at breach of contract and terminated the contract as a policy of our company.

My name is *****************************, with ARC Renovations Llc, Back in 2021 we did some work for a customer that now just posted a bad ****** review and is not true at all, we did many different repairs in his new house because of the poor quality that was built  and all the existing issues that he had around his new constructed house, Please see attached estimates to show we mostly repaired existing water leaks related issues everywhere no renovations, which he was very satisfied with the results!!!!
Please see attached copies of the estimates and screenshots proving of that work we did. Which basically were only existing water damage repairs for him except the window that he is claiming which we did not do any work at all, he actually want us to continue working for him, unfortunately we did not find a window company plus we could not find a matching window for him because the Window suppliers weren't able to find anything at the time. 
We didnt install or work on that particular window just inside at the time, replacing the wet drywall, insulation and paint inside only, we tried to caulked any crack or gap from the outside and told Mr. ****** to contact a window company that we weren't not a window company, we tried hard to find one with no success and told him that needed to replace that window was wrongly install which he didn't do and you were able to see daylight through the window sash and needed to be replaced as we recommended because water was leaking through it as many other areas of the house that we repaired, but at the time COVID was no windows available and we werent able to replace it, please see attached screenshots about him asking to order a new window which was impossible at the time and we close our Business for while because the materials availability. We dont think we are responsible for a window that we did not install. Please see attached screenshots of our conversation with him who knew  that the existing window is the problem. We were able to get him a replacement window that matched the rest of the house and we told him that, and to contact a window company.
 We have documents to corroborate that of the work for him years ago only which did not include that window at all and he should hire a window company as we recommend and he did not do 
We are a 5 ************* and please remove that not true ****** review which does not represent the type of work that we provide to our customers.

Please provide and email so I can forward you the pictures, contract stating that we did not do any exterior repairs or work in that window and all the communications exchanges that proof he should contact his home builder and file a complaint about him who actually built his house is very poorly and had leaks everywhere
Hoping that will follow up immediately and get to the bottom of this and remove this review which it will hurt my business
