They ****. Talk a good game but when in a pinch virtually hang up on you. I needed a tire replacement one of 4 I had recently purchased. Was hung up on and told, during regular business hours, to call back 3 days later and "try to order" a replacement. Was not looking for anything but a purchase. No refund, no warranty, just hung up on. I realize the public is impossible to please. So perhaps this entrepreneur has been degraded to the extent I received. I called this business while OPEN and THEY or usual clam snake charming voice simply said CLICK! Dial Tone. Call back in 4 days. CLICK! Well no I won't call back in this lifetime. My request was just simply to BUY and ORDER another tire my son destroyed. Pay in full for. ***** **. So I would not suggest anyone to engage this business for more complex AUTO REPAIRS or services. I just NEEDED a tire for my disabled son's disabled vehicle. Note I had just purchased 4 new tires from them but ***** **. Call back in 4 days and try again. So I gave up, and communicated my dis-satisfaction to no avail except for some SILLY phone calls. I that very day procured a tire from another VENDOR ********* and had it "Delivered the same afternoon I had called the Fraud perpetrator. I could give you a name of who I spoke with that day but let them weed out their vermin. So long and rot! PS this piece of work owner lives in my subdivision! How revolting! Never met him and plan not to. I would never do business with Tire World if it was the last place in the Galaxy. ** *** **
