This business did body repair work on my 2019 Ford Fusion. I took my car in on 01/22/24 and was told that the work would take 1 week to complete. My car sat there for 1 week untouched. I called and was told that they were waiting on parts. The insurance estimate quoted for front driver door to be replaced. I called a week later to check on car and was told still waiting on parts. I received a call from them on 2/20/24 saying my car was ready. Went to pick my car up on 2/21/24 and saw that the door was not replaced just repaired. Questioned owner **** ******** about it and was told that he called insurance company and had estimate adjusted to repair the door because it was gone take 2 weeks to get a new door. I called insurance company and was told no he was paid to replace the door. I then called **** ******** back and informed him of my conversation with insurance company and that I knew he was paid to replace the door. He then said well the wouldn’t pay for a new door just a used door and I got a used door and it had more damn than yours so I asked them to adjust the estimate for a door repair. I’m filing this complaint because I feel that he is telling a lie. And because the bondo on the door makes my car value depreciate.
