9/7/2023 I am filing a formal complaint against ******* Heating and Cooling. ******* ******* was hired by **** ***** to install a Rheem Weather King 4 ton (20 kw heat 14 SEER air conditioning system including all parts material and labor at residence, unit will have 10 years manufacturer parts warranty and 2 years labor). Mr. ******* was paid a total of $7,000 to purchase and complete the total project. He has yet to complete the project as of today. Mr. ******* has stolen the Rheem WeatherKing 4 ton unit that Ms. **** ***** purchased. Mr. ******* is refusing to answer his telephone calls or reply to any text messages that have been sent to him. This crime has been reported to the local police station. Ms. ***** has proof of payment showing the total amount that was paid to Mr. *******. Receipts will be provided upon request and photos with be provided of the unfinished project. Mr. ******* has left extremely dangerous wires exposed and hazardous material unfinished, which can cause a fire or possible explosion. With these extreme deadly temperatures record of over 106 degrees in Louisiana this year alone. I request that his license be suspended or revoked immediately due to him causing damages to my property. Mr. ******* practicing is very unsafe and poor, he lacks good standard. His actions jeopardies the safety and well-being of individuals and harm.
