******************************* of Property Medic LLC based in *******, ** misrepresented himself as reputable contractor. ******************** is a licensed general contractor in *********. In April 2023, he was paid $33,000 to complete ****, electrical, and plumbing on a renovation project in ***********. ******************** stopped taking my phone calls once the bulk of the funds were disbursed. I reached out to him several times via phone, email, and text. Once I was unable to reach him I contacted another contractor for an estimate to complete the renovation. At that time I was informed that the plumbing, ****, and electrical work had not been completed. The plumbing line is not connected to receive water into the property, the **** system has not been installed, and the electrical panel has not been connected to the property. I have been unsuccessful with reaching him. I may have to seek legal ramifications to complete this process. I researched the permits for this property and found that a third party approved the work on this renovation which is impossible since the plumbing and electrical were only prepped inside the property. There is no electrical panel installed. I believe once he was unable to keep up with the lies he walked off the job which is a breach of contract.I am encouraging anyone who reads this not to do business with him company because he is a scammer. He will string the job along for months while bleeding the owners dry. Once he receives the bulk of funds on the contract he will move on. The ****************** does not have many laws in place to protect consumers from rogue contractors. I've found several online complaints regarding his services. I would like a refund the complete the work that was started so that I will be able to complete this project.
