Purchased epoxy (a craft supply for my business) in bulk amounts. After receiving the product, I realized it's either A. A horrible product or B. A faulty batch. Posted on the businesses FB page to figure out what's going on with it and numerous others came forward with the same issues. Owner commented back "product is fine. No refunds" and then blocked me. Epoxy is self leveling and should cure smooth like glass, not like the pictures attached. I've used epoxy for years and this brand is either trash or a bad batch. I'm assuming maybe a bad batch that sat on the shelf too long since they closed their retail store down due to not enough sales so I probably for an old batch off the retail shelf. I'll gladly send the product back for a refund.Business response

We tried to help this customer. To help troubleshoot the issues she was having. She demanded that she was doing nothing wrong, and it had to be the epoxy, instead of working with us to help troubleshoot the issue. We had lots of customers responding to her ******** post also trying to help. Everyone was wrong but her. She would not reason with us or our customers trying to help.
This was her first time using our product. It works differently than any other product like this. Just like all epoxies work differently, they all smell differently and they all dry differently. There is a learning curve when switching brands. (any brand) We tried to help and explain, she would not hear anything from us or our customers.
We sell this product for years and have not had a bad batch. We do have people that have issues using it at times, and us working with them, by phone calls, emails it turns out to be a great product.
And yes, we did block her and remove her from our group; she started threaten our company and saying some hateful things. Our loyal customers also started saying some things back at her in which we do not allow.
She has already filed a charge back thru her bank.
If she would have worked with us, let us help instead of saying everything on her end was perfect, and then starting saying the things she said, we would not be here at this moment and also sent a replacement product.
