I saved my complaint to continue later but it did not save my comments. Hernandez Aurelio Remodeling, ********************************************************, Phone ************, e-mail address ************************************* did the carpentry work on my shed as a result of Hurricane *** and my neighbor's oak tree falling on my shed due to Hurricane ***.. Mr. ********************** had to replace boards and reinforce the shed. He removed and replaced ***** board on the shed, removed and replaced the door to the shed, added additional 2x4's for extra support on walls in shed, install cement board, paint shed and added decking all around the walls in shed. Mr. ********************** did the work on 6/20/22 and 6/21/22. I paid Mr. ********************** a total of $4,800 on June 20,2022 and June 21, 2022. He finally sent me, a little over a month later, an invoice dated 7/24/2022, after many texts and phone calls so I could submit the invoice to Liberty Mutual, my insurance company for reimbursement. I used Mr. ********************** as my contractor since he was recommended by a friend who lives in the same trailer park as Mr. **********************. Mr. ********************** purchased and rebuild her deceased father's home and resold the home. Mr. ********************** stated to me that he purchases homes, remodels them and resales the homes along with carpentry work for a living. Another friend checked with the ********* Secretary of ************ and Mr. ********************** is not listed. Mr. ********************** visits his wife in ***** around two weeks out of the month and resides in the trailer park in *******, **. So, he may be registered with the ***** Secretary of State. My problem is Liberty Mutual has additional questions, and Mr. ********************** will not reply to them or to me. I am a 76 year old woman and need help with this contractor so I can get paid for his work. I am coming to the Better Business Bureau for your help since I cannot get a response from Mr. **********************. Mr. ********************** said his daughter handles his invoices but I do not know her name.
