I purchased a 2018 Chevrolet Cruze from G&C auto on November 29th 2021. On December 6, 2021 I called G&C auto to inform them of a problem with the vehicle. I was told there wasnt any availability for service at this time. G&C auto looked at my car December 14th I decided to keep it there until they finished the repairs. I have a warranty with G&C auto. My car stayed there for 12 days no repairs were made. I took my vehicle from there because I didnt have a vehicle to get to and from work and to bring my kids to school. G&C auto informed me they would all once all parts are in to start repairs. No one never called to repair my vehicle! While driving to work December 19th my car axle broke. My car insurance paid to tow my vehicle to G&C Auto. I was told all parts came in my vehicle was approved for repairs by warranty and G&C auto would be repairing my vehicle. I was told by G&C auto, I can pick my vehicle up in 3 days repairs would be complete. The next day December 20th I was told that they didnt have the parts available, I then started feeling lied to. After informing the associate that I would get a lawyer I was told to come pick up my vehicle. G&C auto will not be doing any repairs at all on my vehicle. They did not honor the warranty! I had to pay who dat towing to tow my vehicle from G&C auto to Chevrolet service center. I ended up paying ******** for repairs to my vehicle after just purchasing it on November 29th! I missed work several days trusting G&C auto believe they would honor the warranty and repair my vehicle like promised! Instead I was out of my car for five weeks. My kids missed school, I paid over three hundred dollars in Lyft and Uber rides. Please help me I dont know what to do. I couldnt afford to pay ******** for car repairs I was late on my car note and rent. Should I go to a lawyer? I cant believe this happened! Whatever happened to professional and truthful businesses!
