      This business had my vehicle 2 times for over a 7 week period . I brought my car in because my amp wasn't connecting to the radio for sound .and my stock radio was not working . They gave me a quote of 500$ for labor plus the price of the amp and what I was told was going to be a new smart radio.. They had my car for 6 weeks and when I went to pick up my car they tried to charge me ******* and gave me a used name brand pioneer radio...which was no where near thr price I was quoted. They then charged my ******* that I paid.to realize the radio was used . They also damaged my fender. I went back they told me they would replace my radio with a new one . And one week they had my car again and they gave me a new radio but it is off market very cheap and puts out horrible sound . The manager is very hard to deal with . At the causeway location

      In October 2021 I had a new audio system install in my vehicle. The cost was a little over $3000.00. I had no problems with the system for almost a year. One day the fuse that's put in to protect the audio system blew and ruined my radio. So I took it back to the installer. I waited weeks for an answer never got a call. So I called back to speak to a manager. Never could get the manager on the phone. Every time I ask for any progress, or answers on what was going on , they were always working on it. I was told I just missed out on the warranty by some days, but I stated the fact that the fuse did not protect the system's radio the responsibility rest on the installation. I continually tried to get answers and to get a manager on the phone. Still no response. So I decided to go to Mobile Tint and Audio to address the situation. There was no manager on staff at the time, I did speak with the installer that day and he assured me someone would call. He was aware of what was going on. I waited a few weeks still no call. So I called back again. I finally talked to someone by the name of ***. We talked about the issues I was having and he promised me a call the next day. I waited patiently for two weeks. He never called. So today I finally called back and tells me their is nothing they can do . For four months I was stringed along thinking they would do something for me. I feel as though the radio had some kind of faulty install that wasn't protected by the fuse, in case their is a malfunction in power. That didn't happen. Now I am here trying to get an understanding how I am responsible for this, and never getting a response from a manger at no time whatsoever. I was just very unsatisfied with the way I was treated and constantly ignored and never contacted after spending over $3000.00 for a system I couldn't even enjoy for a year
