12/16/2021 - ******* A local telephone company gave me what I thought was a ********* support number, who connected me to Oracle Network Services after receiving a ****** email where our ********* email was broken into. The company was supposed to secure the computer, and remove malware, tune up, security check, ad Blockers installed, virus removed. They removed the Malwarebytes program I had on the computer. My email was repeatedly compromised afterwards, and I found a keylogger on that machine after they supposedly secured everything which compromised my password file (LastPass). Their website does not have any services listed for this price. I had to totally reformat the computer, change router and modem passwords, to secure the computer which resulted in the loss of purchased software I will have to buy again. Their website has a refund policy for dissatisfied customers which they refuse to honor. I've have talked to them, and they hang up on me. I have filed a report with the police in ******, **, and am filing a computer Scam report with the **** We have had all of credit cards compromised, and check accounts. The scammer breaking into our email is trying to setup new credit cards, paypal, ***** etc in our name.

      Better Business Bureau:

At this time, I have not been contacted by Oracle Network Services LLC regarding complaint ID ********.

This is the same complaint that they resolved with another party with the same person involved at their company.  We wish to pursue this.  We were told we had multiple foreign hackers on our network which was all bogus.  We tried to resolve this on our own and they hang up on us. They also saved something on my desktop, and when I clicked on it and found nothing I called them back and was rudely told I shouldn't have done that and it wasn't something I could see.  They are a scam and we want a full refund. They also did the logmein to get access to my computer which I allowed because we thought they were legit, which they are NOT!

      Regards,

      **** And *******************************
