Ordered fireplace door from Hollywood Doors on August 19, 2021 and salesman, Johnny, came to house to measure for door. Door was delivered for installation on November 19, 2021. Door was too small. Johnny came back to our house and re-measured fireplace opening. Second door was delivered on February 22, 2022 and frame was wider than the original frame that we had ordered. The originally frame was roughly 1 1/2" wide. The frame they sent to us was about 3 inches wide. Instead of just making the frame we wanted the right size, they went the easy way out to make the frame wider to fit the fireplace opening. We do not have the fireplace door, Hollywood Door has it and they are charging us $942.88 for something we do not have. These people will not answer the phone for anyone. You have to go to the office in person to deal with them. We contacted the credit card company we used and they cannot help us. Again, we do not have the fireplace door and they are keeping our money.Customer response
